Dining Room in Brookline
Posted by srselby on Apr 30, 2011 in Residential PortfolioThis formal dining room in Brookline isn’t very large, but with some illusion tricks, the space appears larger than it is. It does have two walls of windows, which definitely helps in super-sizing this space. Placing a large mirror opposite one of the window walls brings even more light into the room and creates the illusion of more space. Using a glass-top table also makes the room feel larger; it doesn’t chop up the space and also reflects light.
